Late Arrivals
If your child is arriving late to school please call the office at (403)732-4359 and bring them to the front door to check-in.
Attendance
If your child will be absent from school for any reason, please contact the office at (403)732-4359 or scpboffice@holyspirit.ab.ca to let us know. When leaving a message please indicate whether your child will be away due to sickness or another reason.
Students Being Driven or Walking to School
Students from Grades 1 to 9 walking to school or being dropped off are welcome to arrive between 8:30 and 8:35.
Parents please do not park in front of the school.
Mid Day Pick Up
Kindergarten and ELP
The learning team will bring the students to the front door of the school once the program is over.
